Hit the merrimack the past few weeks with loads of stripers so thinking about going out to the ledge for some ground action... and maybe, just maybe... na, Im not going to say it.
Happy to work together if your out there.

I'll be out tomorrow bottom fish, thinking I'll start at the curl. Are you guys still planning on going out?

If so I'll be on 68 coldjam.

Great day on the water, fishing way good.
Lots of pollock, good amount of cod and a last hour of haddock made for some full fish boxes. Curl was producing if you were in the right spot. We left bitting pollock to find haddock only to find nothing. Moved 5-6 times within a 4 mi area and ended up at the spot we started and thats were they were bitting the best... funny how that happens.

couldnt have asked for a better day.

Went out today and didn't see to much life out there. got macs at breaking rock then headed to jefferies, marked one possible charlie other than that it was slow. Set up a troll and worked our way from the prong to first and second island western end of the curl to old scantum to the out side flag, sw hump and back to newburyport. lost of gas and no charlie. Great day on the water, going striper fishing tomorrow.

I got to take a ride this morning, cut short by work but a few solid hours on the water. Saw a couple fish, literally 2, bust a few miles north of the corner but nothing worth sticking with. Jigged bottom fish that were puking up 5" herring but other than that nothing too great to write about. the best supporting life i saw was closer to land rather than offshore less those two fish that broke the surface.

Back at it sometime next week.

My crew bagged out on me for Thursday. I ended up getting a crew together and went to the Curl Friday. Just a couple Cod and Haddock but a bunch of big pollack. Lots of bait, whales, and 2 basking sharks. Did manage to see 1 tuna break water not far from us. Had the new spinning setup with us but never saw any action again.

Couldn't ask for better weather conditions. Flat calm all day.
