1st Deer of '09

Shot a nice 5 pointer (6th was shorter than 1 in) so no luck on calling it a 6. 150lbs field dressed. Will post a pic and the story later. Hopefully a sign of good thing to come.

It sure does eat well 
Had backstraps for dinner yesterday. I passed on a small doe too, need to save them for bait for the rut and then shoot them after.
